4074 Health & Beyond is a Facebook group designed to encourage a healthier lifestyle. It is somewhere where the community can talk, promote and share experiences with all things related to health and living a more active lifestyle.
Members are encouraged to join in conversations and participate in activities where they can. The group has regular updates on community bike rides, walks and other physical activities.
